1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned if they are received in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or do not match their description.

2. Return Exception

Customers can return items within 7 days of receipt, except for products that are custom-made, personalized, or made to the customer’s specifications. For such cases, please contact our support team at info@gobanana.qa.

3. Return Requirements

To process your return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging, including all original materials, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free or bundled items, and promotional vouchers, if any.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Damaged, Missing, Defective, or Malfunctioning Product Policy:

If you receive damaged, missing, defective, or malfunctioning items, please report the issue immediately and no later than 5 business days after delivery.

All products will be verified before a refund or replacement is processed.

2. Replacement Availability

Replacements are subject to the availability of the product, including size, color, and other specifications.

3. Refund Currency

Refunds will be issued in Qatari Riyals (QAR) only.

4. Refund Processing

Once claims are verified, refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
